My name is Frances Collins and I have recently been diagnosed with Stage IV breast cancer. I am currently being treated at Valley View Hospital. This will be my first year participating in Rally the Valley. I am creating a team called "Team Fran-The Possible!" Please join me on September 23rd at Rally the Valley to raise funds for this wonderful cause.
